FIFA (SEPP STEPS ASIDE)

FIFA’s president Sepp Blatter was on Thursday admonished by the European Parliament to resign  or step down from his post and pave way for the probing  of financial scandals entangling the world’s reputable sport body FIFA.
In a show of oneness, members of the parliament unanimously voted for the resolution in that plenary section held in Strasbourg, France.
Sepp Blatter at the age of 79 had already tended his resignation letter on June 2, 2015, which would take effect by December but the out come of the plenary section has put more constrains and pressure on him.
Though Blatter has been voted for the fifth term for the post of FIFA
president, his resignation after four days was a very welcome decision to the EU lawmakers who felt the creditability and especially the financial status were in shambles and had developed a battered image such a situation will enabled the EU lawmakers to find a way forward  for the cleansing of FIFA.
